Topton Halloween Parade

October 10, 2009 will be the Topton Halloween Parade. Again, we are not registered yet, but this is a fun parade!! If we get a good amount of people who want to go, I will send in the papers.
Not much info on this until I get paperwork back (if/when I send it in).
So let's get a list going and see who wants to attend this one ...

Looks like this one won't be happening anyway Steve. I'm told its an invitation only parade. I will do my best to pull some strings for next year though!!
